Welsh planning policy and practice

b) the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment)
(Wales) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/1877)

c) the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment)
(Wales) Order 2002 (S. I. 2002/1878).

The revised version of Technical Advice Note "Telecommunications" (TAN 19) August 2002 takes account of the growth of the telecommunications industry, of the new social and economic demands for communications, and of the Welsh Assembly Government's environmental policies.

Code of Best Practice on Mobile Phone Network Development

The Code is based on, and follows very closely, the Code of Best Practice issued by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in November 2002. It has been agreed by the Welsh Local Government Association and the Mobile Operators Association
