Risk Communication Handbook - 'Working with the Community'

The aim of the Ten Commitments is to ensure transparency in building mobile networks, provide more information to the public and local planners and to boost local communities' role in the siting of radio base stations.

This handbook has been developed to help those working in telecommunications network development to improve the way they communicate with local communities in the UK. Whilst not mandatory it is intended as a guide to the basics of risk communication and to demonstrate how to undertake consultation for proposed sites as effectively as possible.
