Who we are

The Mobile Operators Association (MOA) represents the five UK mobile network operators – 3, O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone – on radio frequency health and safety and associated town planning issues.

The MOA was formerly known as the Mobile Telecoms Advisory Group (MTAG) within the Federation of the Electronics Industry (FEI).

What we do

MOA is the focal point for the network operators on radio frequency health, scientific research and town planning issues associated with the use of mobile phone technology.

We are also here to share relevant information with interested parties such as local planners, elected councillors, resident groups, amenity bodies and the public - and to ensure the operators' voice gets a fair hearing within all public debate in the area, both in the media and amongst policymakers.
